About
Who We Are
We are a group that is bound together by common experience, a drive to perform good works in our community, and a belief that we are all connected beyond our individual identities.

Our Core Principles
The principles of Friendship, love, and Truth are the keys to uplifting the character of mankind.
Our Charges
Visit the sick, relieve the distressed, educate the orphan, and bury the dead.

These charges predate insurance and government programs that would provide death benefits, sick days, or social welfare. We try to carry them forward in relevant ways for modern times.
Our History
Springfield lodge #70 was established in 1881.

Our current lodge hall was built in 1907 and was the first building of modern urban character in Springfield. It is now the oldest building in downtown Springfield but you can still find us up on the second floor while our wonderful tenants occupy the first.
Meeting Times
Our meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month.
Meetings start at 7:30 pm.
Drop ins are welcome before the meeting.
